The Grenade is a small explosive weapon that is used by the White Suited Photo Cameraman. It first appeared in Episode 77, where it was seen in the possession of the White Suited Photo Cameraman in order to sacrifice himself by blowing up 2 Skull Skibidi Toilets, an Infected Photo Cameraman, and himself.
