Overview[]
The Necromancer Alliance is a Supernatural Regime that was led by the underworld rulers, the Toilet Necromancer and Phantom Toilet. They were originally allies with the Toilet Empire, Serving the Toilet Emperor's biddings and helping take over the world but they parted with the empire and set up one of the most powerful factions up to date. They are one of the most powerful teams.
During the Tri-Titan Saga, when the Toilet Necromancer was forcefully commanded by the Toilet Emperor and its right hand Malware to retrieve G-Toilet, The Necromancer begun to plot its betrayal against the Toilet Empire and secretly defected and gathered a hidden army and defected from the empire.
Their current goal is world domination, like it's former ruler the Toilet Empire. However, for its leaders, they are planning to fully reemerge in the mortal realm. As the Mad Toilet Inventor said in the current episode. They also have a side goal of manhunting the Administrators of The Alliance for an unknown reason.
Appearance[]
This team's debut was in episode 75 originally but were shown betraying the Toilet Empire first in Episode 100, they are allies or skibidi toilets that were killed, but the Toilet Necromancer revives them with a green light in his eyes and wants to form an army of the dead.
General Characteristics[]
Every Member of the Necromancer's Regime varies in appearance, however most of the foot soldier's we've seen had features such as...

- Zombified Behavior (mostly)
- Unstable Behavior
- Amalgamated Appearance
- Rotten/Disfigured Flesh
- Torn Body Parts, Intact Wounds or Impaled/Damaged Areas (Mostly for Zombified Alliance members)
- Pale Skin (Phantom's Minions)
- Ghoulish Appearance (Phantom's Minions)
- Green Features (For Titans, ex. Sonar Titan, Undead G-Toilet)
Like the normal minions and soldiers of the Toilet Empire, They too have an advanced technology and weaponry in their arsenals as evident by some of their soldiers. They also not just limit in toilet variation, as they had soldiers from The Alliance itself, fighting mindlessly for them.
